Assessment Areas
Five technical areas assessed in a structured format
Each area is designed to test control, efficiency, speed, and technical execution under repeatable conditions.
01
Running With The Ball
Objective: Showcase your ability to maintain control while moving at speed with the ball.
Assessment: Complete a 30-meter course while keeping the ball within the marked lane. Precision and control matter, with time penalties applied for loss of control outside the designated area.
02
Sprinting
Objective: Demonstrate explosive speed and quick acceleration.
Assessment: Sprint over a 30-meter distance as quickly as possible. This measures raw speed as a core physical component of high-level performance.
03
Dribbling With The Ball
Objective: Show control, agility, and ball manipulation in tight spaces.
Assessment: Dribble through a zig-zag course marked by cones. Penalties apply for missed lines or cone contact, making precision and consistency essential.
04
Speed / Agility
Objective: Exhibit the ability to change direction quickly while maintaining balance and speed.
Assessment: Complete a zig-zag course without the ball, measuring movement efficiency, directional control, and speed through transitions.
05
Turning With The Ball
Objective: Demonstrate quick directional change while retaining control of the ball.
Assessment: Perform a sequence of controlled turns within a defined area. Penalties apply for stepping outside the markers or losing control, rewarding precision and technical efficiency.
